Due to a business expansion, we are seeking expressions of interest for a Trades Assistant (TA) or Mature Aged Diesel Apprentice to join our Cummins service team. Our ideal candidate will have some kind of experience in the agricultural , light vehicle industry or similar and will be someone who enjoys working outdoors in a team environment. The successful Applicant will have the opportunity to enroll in a mature-aged apprenticeship as a Heavy Diesel Technician at the MTA in Cleve.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Support technicians during repairs, servicing & breakdowns. (in the field and in the workshop).

• Assist in the assembly, detailing, and pre-delivery preparation of new and used agricultural equipment.

• Ensure the machinery yard and stock areas are neatly organized, clean, and secure.

Skills and experience

• Drivers Licence is compulsory

• Experience in a similar role or related industry

• An interest in learning new skills and solving problems.

• Strong focus on customer service.
